Chlorine paraffin is used in PVC processes as a secondary plasticizer for cable and pipe extrusion, chlorinated rubber, acrylic resins, vinyl copolymers vg-based paints and varnishes. It shows plasticizer properties. Because it is economical, it provides savings compared to primary plasticizers.
